Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
TRUE VINTO is not liable for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding globally soon.
