Refund policy

We ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, our return policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at support@truevinto.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Innerwear or accessories for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size issues on eligible items, subject to stock availability.
